We work with any and all athletes, no matter what your sport we have a program for you. Using our state of the art equipment we can challenge even the most elite athlete.
Our program will help you:
- Identify key areas that may be hindering your ability to compete at an optimal level.
- Strengthen weak muscles and lengthen tight muscles to prevent injuries.
- Introduce athletes to a number of movement drills that can be transformed to improvement on the playing field.
Flat monthly rate with unlimited training sessions (2-3 reccommended). Testing is performed every 6 weeks to ensure progress toward goals.
